Welcome to the PEZ Visitor Center!
Please take a moment and read the information below; it will help you make the most of your visit:
- Your visit is self-guided. Tickets are only available for sale in the lobby upon arrival.
- Be sure to play the game of the month. Game cards and directions are behind the world’s largest PEZ dispenser which is located just inside the front doors. On your way out, be sure to show your complete game card to one of our staff to claim your prize.
- With each paid admission you receive $2 credit which may be used like cash and applied to any same day purchase. We suggest purchases be made just prior to departure. Please note all sales are final, so please select carefully.
- The PEZ lanyard is your souvenir to keep, thanks for visiting.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Visitor Center.

Each paid admission includes:
- $2.00 credit on your receipt toward any merchandise purchase (valid on the same day of your visit).
- A souvenir PEZ lanyard & an opportunity to win a free PEZ dispenser in one of our interactive activities.
What to expect:
- Visits are self-guided with viewing windows into the packaging production area.
- Due to health code regulations, guests are not permitted entry into the production areas.
- Video monitors detailing the process of how a dispenser is created and candy is made are played on a loop above the packaging area windows.
- The PEZ production floor is typically operational Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays.
Tickets are sold in the lobby at the time of arrival.

Parties & Groups
Unfortunately, we are not hosting birthday parties at this time.

Group Information-
For groups (10 people or more), please schedule your visit in advance (min. 2 weeks is requested) so we can plan our staff accordingly. We will offer a group rate of $4 per person for groups scheduled in advance with a confirmed reservation.
We are a small indoor space, we recommend your group size does not exceed 30 people (including chaperones). Groups of less than 10 people do not need to schedule in advance.
School/Camp Groups- we recommend 1 adult for approx. every 6 children. Adults will not be charged admission to enter as a chaperone if they are assisting the recommended number of children.
With each paid admission you will receive a $2 store credit which may be used like cash toward any same day purchase. We suggest purchases be made just prior to departure as paid merchandise cannot go back into the exhibit. (*Please note- all sales are final so please select carefully)
Rough housing, running or horse play is not permitted inside the building at any time. Food, drinks, backpacks, large bags & luggage are also not permitted inside.
Once you have a specific date/time, please email [email protected] with your head count and contact information. We will check availability and confirm your reservation in a separate email. For groups, generally 30-45 minutes is more than enough time to see the exhibit and enjoy the activities.

Q: Do you charge admission?
A: Yes, admission is $5 for adults, $4 for children (3-12) and seniors (60+). Children under three are free. Each admission includes a lanyard and a $2.00 store credit good toward the purchase of any merchandise.
Q: Do you offer group rates?
A: Due to limited capacity, we are not currently booking groups or parties.
Q: Do you have space for gatherings?
A: Due to limited capacity, our gathering space is currently unavailable.
Q: Do you have party packages?
A: Due to limited capacity, we are not currently booking groups or parties.
Q: Do you have guided tours?
A: Visits are self-guided. Interactive stops are located throughout the center. Also every month we offer an interactive game with a prize for those who complete the activity! Due to health code regulations, guests are not permitted into the factory or production areas.
Q: When can I see production taking place?
A: Production runs Monday-Friday except holidays, the week between Christmas and New Year’s and a two-week Summer break. The glass wall looking onto to the production floor shows where the dispensers and candy are packaged.
Q: Do you have parking for over-sized vehicles?
A: Yes, bus and RV/Truck parking is available.
Q: Can I make my own candy?
A: Due to limited capacity we are not currently offering candy demos.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Sorry, pets are not allowed on the grounds or inside the facility. Only properly identified service animals are allowed inside with their owner.
