Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday and can take up to 2 business days to process. Orders containing special edition or limited edition items are likely to exceed our normal processing time due to large order volume/demand for that item.

Shipping: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Carriers: Orders are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service or USPS Postal Service to address’s in the domestic United States only. PEZ is not responsible for carrier delays.

Quantity Limits:

In order to provide as many consumers as possible the opportunity to purchase limited edition items, we reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase. This may be done through limiting software or a post-order review process.

Quantity limits may be applied per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other account or order attribute.

All orders are reviewed, and may be canceled at our discretion, at any time, for any reason.

Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased at pezcandy.shop are electronic gift cards which will be emailed to you once the order is processed. Gift card purchases do not apply toward the order total when calculating the shipping fee.

We can NOT accept money orders, checks, or any similar method of payment.

Returns

pezcandy.shop return policy and terms of sale;

All sales through pezcandy.shop are final.  If an item is damaged in transit or determined to be incorrect, the item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, otherwise there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.  Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled so please select carefully.

Damages: Contact customer service at [email protected] please submit photos of the shipping carton as well as the damaged product to help expedite the claim. UPS will not issue credit for damage if the box is signed for. Do not initiate a claim with the carrier before contacting us first!

In the event there is an issue with your order you must contact customer service within 30 business days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] for information and instructions.

Return Shipments: if an order is returned from the carrier because of customer error in the shipping address we can offer two options; refund the amount of the order less original shipping cost or invoice for the cost to re-ship the order.
